Date & Time
The Art Sale takes place Saturday, May 5th from 12-4 PM. Before the sale, there is a MANDATORY check-in and orientation for participating students at 11:15 AM. We will go over important information including how to collect payment at this meeting.
The Art Sale is located at Lazarus Center. Students with assigned studios/workspaces in the Lazarus Center may sell from their studios, or coordinate with their programs to sell in the common areas on their floors. Students who do not have studios in the building will be assigned a space on the first floor of the Lazarus Center. Those students will be provided with a table and/or wall space depending on how many register
Graduate Studies does not provide table coverings, sales displays, wall hangers, or other such accessories (if you want one, please plan to bring your own). Directional signage will be posted throughout the building to help shoppers find you.
Pricing & Payment Methods
Students set their own pricing or negotiate with buyers. There are no minimum or maximum requirements - set your price as you like. Graduate Studies will retain 15% of all sales to fund Graduate Research Development Grants next year.
Forms of payment accepted are cash, debit, and major credit cards. Detailed information on the sales and checkout process will be shared at the mandatory orientation session.
